CJC1295 DAC 2MG (powder) KIT - A-TECH LABS
10 vials x 2mg + 10 amps x 2 ml sterilized water
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) composed of 30 amino acids. It is highly effective in boosting growth hormone secretion and IGF-1 levels while maintaining the natural pulsatile release of GH.
CJC-1295 is frequently combined with Ipamorelin, which enhances its specificity as a GHRH. This combination delivers similar increases in growth hormone release without triggering unwanted effects such as increased appetite, elevated cortisol, prolactin, acetylcholine, or aldosterone. CJC-1295 is well-tolerated and is considered especially effective when paired with Ipamorelin.
Gland stimulated: Pituitary
Benefits of CJC-1295:
* Higher GH secretion and IGF-1 levels without raising prolactin
* Increased body weight and muscle growth through enhanced protein synthesis
* Improved bone density
* Strengthened immune system
* Enhanced memory and cognitive function
* Boost in collagen production
* Accelerated fat loss
* Faster cellular repair and regeneration
CJC-1295 also promotes deep slow-wave sleep, the phase most responsible for muscle development, recovery, and memory retention.
Two types of CJC-1295:
GHRH is naturally produced in the hypothalamus, triggering pulsatile GH release from the pituitary. On its own, GHRH has a very short half-life of only a few minutes. The active portion, the first 29 amino acids, is available as Sermorelin, which was later modified to extend its half-life to 30 minutes, creating CJC-1295.
CJC-1295 was further enhanced with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which binds to albumin in the blood and increases its half-life to around 8 days. This form is known as CJC-1295 DAC. A non-DAC version also exists, mimicking a more natural GH pulse.
With DAC, injections are needed only once or twice a week. However, the extended half-life and steady blood concentration provide continuous GH stimulation, which may reduce GH pulse amplitude and lessen tissue stimulation.
Safety:
When using long-acting CJC molecules, it is advised to take “hormone holidays” of about three months every three to six months. During these breaks, Sermorelin is used instead of CJC-1295 DAC to allow the pituitary to recover. These breaks may also reduce the risk of GH resistance, which can develop through antibodies binding to GH or through down-regulation of GH receptors. While these risks remain theoretical, no long-term studies have fully confirmed them.
Possible side effects include injection site irritation (redness, pain, itching, or swelling), headache, diarrhea, flushing, temporary low blood pressure, nausea, and abdominal discomfort.
